Yeah baby! I’ve finally stumbled onto an idea that will capture all of my other random ideas all into one place… The thing is that most of these things that I want to say at times, is that they don’t warrant a full-blown blog post as they’re a bit random, sometimes dull and slightly irrelevant. But those ideas still deserve a little space here…

So that is why I created a new category and series called “The Random Rockstar” to include all these ideas and thoughts. I hope you enjoy the (random ride)… )

Revising my life story

I’ve redesigned my blog, but my info pages has been left to update themselves in some way… As these are never priority tasks, they seem to fall of the way-side a bit when you get busy. That said, I’ve finally managed to revise my About page with all the updated info… So if you’re keen to read about who I am, read that page!

WordPress TV!? Huh!?

Quommunication VideoI’m in love with the new Video theme by Quommunication and it really makes me think of a WordPress TV of some kind. In fact, I’m so in love with it, that I’m considering using it as an add-on to some of my custom client work.

Sure - I know how to develop something similar, but considering the amount of time it will take me, I’d much rather use something that I can simply adapt for my needs. I don’t know whether there’ll be a massive uptake of these kind of themes as the sole interface for video bloggers (as I feel it is too minimalistic and niche-focused), but I do think it will be a great addition for video-focused websites or blogs!

Premium News Rankings

Just thought that I’d share some fun statistics on the popularity of our Premium News themes, based on sales during April. If you thought that I was going to share the specific sales figures, I’ve got bad news for you… ) I simply want to rank the themes in order of their popularity:

Do the rankings surprise you? Would you have thought that it to be any different? Which is your favourite?
